Companies House records filed on Friday show Alpha Group UK Holdings Ltd was notified as a person with significant control of Harpenden-based Alpha Capital Group Ltd, effective 1 April 2026.
The same filing batch records the cessation of all three previous direct corporate PSCs on the same date: Amgp Consulting Limited, Ab Trading and Investing Ltd, and Kohler Investment Group Ltd.
Separate Companies House records for Alpha Group UK Holdings Ltd list those same three companies as its own active persons with significant control. The filings point to a holding company layer being inserted above Alpha Capital Group, rather than a change in ultimate ownership.
The filing history does not state why the PSC structure changed.
Ab Trading and Investing was first notified as a PSC of Alpha Capital Group in January 2022. Kohler Investment Group and Amgp Consulting were added in July and October 2025, respectively, before all three ceased on the 1 April 2026 effective date.
